By participating in Mortgage Lead Hackers LLC group coaching calls or related activities, you acknowledge and give your express consent for Mortgage Lead Hackers LLC to record, use, and/or reproduce any audio, video, and/or text from these sessions that contain your voice, likeness, and/or testimonials. These may be used in a variety of media formats including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials without any compensation to you. You understand this consent is given freely as a condition of participation and can be revoked at any time by contacting Mortgage Lead Hackers LLC at [email protected] with such revocation not affecting any uses already permitted by your consent.
You hereby release and discharge Mortgage Lead Hackers LLC its agents, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
Your License to Us

In the event that any of the results and proceeds of your submissions hereunder are not deemed a “work made for hire” under Section 101 of the Copyright Act, as amended, you hereby, without additional compensation, irrevocably assign, convey and transfer to COMPANY all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all copyrights and trademarks throughout the universe, in perpetuity in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, to such material and any and all right, title and interest in and to all such proprietary rights in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. Any posted material which are reproductions of prior works by you shall be co-owned by us.
